If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase to cosmopolitanearrings.com. Returned items must include packing slip. We will credit your original method of payment within 1 week of receiving your return.

An RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained prior to returning items. The RMA number initiates and authorizes the return process. Please contact our Customer Service Department by email at customerservice@cosmopolitanearrings.com.

All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund processed. Cosmopolitanearrings.com is not responsible for merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with these terms.

A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise is purchased with a gift voucher/gift card.
